2018年11月6日，克拉瑪依市長王剛一行來到新疆正通公司調研指導工作。
董事長總經理李月廷介紹了新疆正通公司的基本情況，并就企業全產業鏈建設、海外戰略、上游投資、資本市場、科技創新五個方面進行了匯報。同時，詳細匯報了新疆油聯的基本情況、發展思路和規劃、發展目標，目前存在的問題和建議等。
克拉瑪依市長王剛聽取了李月廷的工作匯報后表示，對正通公司、新疆油聯有了更深刻的認識。正通公司匯報企業存在的問題，很多與油田有關，要多做油田的工作。同時提出了以下幾點要求：
一、搭建政府、油田、新疆油聯交流平臺。相關部門要盡快往前推，召開三方座談會，就相關問題進行討論與溝通，新疆油聯做好相關材料的準備工作。
二、企業要重視人才問題。提升企業的核心競爭力，靠的是人才。政府為留住人才采取了一系列措施，包括住房等，企業有需求，可以與相關部門聯系。
三、企業要發揮優勢，做大、做強海外市場，政府要積極支持。
四、信心比黃金更重要。政府要做好服務工作，服務民營企業是理所當然，也是職責所在。

Li Yueting, president and general manager ，introduced the basic situation of the company, and made a report on the whole industrial chain construction, overseas strategy, upstream investment, capital market and scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, the basic situation, development ideas and plans, development goals, existing problems and suggestions of Xinjiang Oil Union were reported in detail.
After listening to work report, Wang Gang said that he had a deeper understanding of Zhengtong Company and Xinjiang Oil Union. The problems existing in the enterprise are related to the oil field. We should do more work in the oil field. At the same time, the following requirements are put forward:
1. Build an exchange platform for the government, oilfield and Xinjiang Oil Federation. Relevant departments should push forward as soon as possible, hold a three-party symposium, discuss and communicate relevant issues, and prepare relevant materials for Xinjiang Oil Federation.
2. Enterprises should pay attention to the problem of talent. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises depends on talents. The government has taken a series of measures to retain talents, including housing, etc. Enterprises in need can contact relevant departments.
3. Enterprises should give full play to their advantages and expand and strengthen overseas markets with the active support of the government.
4. Confidence is more important than gold. The government should do a good job in providing services to private enterprises.
