克拉瑪依市風城1號油砂礦產能提升工程項目是富城能源加快推進油砂開發，將油砂資源優勢轉變為經濟優勢，實現跨越式發展暨打造自治區綜合能源公司發展戰略的重要舉措。鉆井的如期開鉆，標志著克拉瑪依油砂礦進新的規模化開發階段。
風城1號油砂礦產能提升工程項目包括油砂礦SAGD及控制井共34口，鉆井施工全部由公司承擔。公司高度重視油砂礦鉆井工程項目。為確保項目安全優質高效完成，公司共投入5支鉆井隊，在現場成立了鉆井項目部，抽調各路專家靠前指揮、靠前協調。

Major leaders of Karamay Municipal Government, Xinjiang Oilfield Company, Fucheng Energy, Zhengtong Oil & Gas and other relevant units attended the ceremony.
The Karamay Fengcheng No. 1 oil sands mine production capacity improvement project is an important measure of Fucheng Energy to accelerate oil sands development, transform oil sands resource advantages into economic advantages, achieve leapfrog development for pushing for the development strategy of building a comprehensive energy company in the autonomous region. The drilling started as scheduled, marking the Karamay oil sands mine entering a new stage of large-scale development.
The Fengcheng No. 1 oil sands mine production capacity improvement project includes a total of 34 oil sands mine SAGD and control wells. All drilling construction is undertaken by the company. The company highly values oil sands drilling projects. In order to ensure safe, high-quality and effective completion, the company has assigned a total of 5 drilling teams, established a drilling project department on site, and deployed experts specializing in various research fields to take charge and provide on-site coordination.
