公司常務副總經理余可對陳科一行的到來表示歡迎和感謝。并就公司2022年生產經營及目前生產啟動情況、市場開發、新項目開展、海外項目推進等工作進行了匯報。
陳區長表示，白堿灘政府一直關注正通公司。這些年來，作為白堿灘區重點企業，做了很大貢獻。政府正在推進鉆探集團的組建，將于近期掛牌，希望正通公司積極參加，配合政府協調好相關事宜。對于欠款清理及貸款需求，政府部門要盡快拿出方案，對接相關企業和目標銀行。

District Chief Chen said that the Baijiantan government has always kept an eye on Zhengtong Oil & Gas. Over the years, as a key enterprise in Baijiantan District, it has made great contributions. The government is promoting the establishment of a drilling group, which will be listed in the near future. It is hoped that Zhengtong Oil & Gas will actively participate in the project and cooperate with the government to coordinate relevant matters. Regarding debt clearance and loan needs, government departments must come up with plans as soon as possible to coordinate with relevant enterprises and target banks.
